19 May marked the start of the XXXIV edition of the Turin International Book Fair, one of Italy’s most important book fairs.

In Hall 2, Stand L82-M81 readers, young and old, were able to browse through our books and meet some of our talented authors, illustrators and translators!

Mia is 14, Maja 70. What could they possibly have in common? Yet a deep and genuine friendship is born between them, thanks to which they both manage to heal and grow.
Dedicated to those who feel young or are in a hurry to grow up, to friends of any age, to grandfathers and grandmothers who want to give their grandchildren a present (and vice versa), and to those who need to be told that it is never too late or too early to choose what makes us happy.
With translator Silvia Canavero and Federica Caslotti of Fika Podcast we talked about this book and the work of the translator, but also about all the difficulties that women, young or not, have to face in our society, and that Mia and Maja overcome with their friendship.
