In the City of Dreams, the sky is dotted with colourful balloons. These represent the big and small dreams of its inhabitants. Some are easy to grasp: you just need to climb on someone’s shoulders or climb to the top of a hill. But the most colourful and beautiful ones are so high up that reaching them requires a lot of effort: these are the Big Dreams.
