Miguel Fragata

Miguel Fragata (Porto, Portugal, 1983) graduated in Theatre at the High School of Theatre and Film and at the High School of Music and Performing Arts. Together with Inês Barahona, he founded and directs Formiga Atómica. He wrote and directed the shows Fake (2020), Montanha-Russa (2018), Do Bosque Para o Mundo (2016), whose French version Au-Delà de la Forêt, le Monde opened the 72nd Avignon Festival (2018). He has also directed A Visita Escocesa (2016), Pedro, Pedra e Grão (2016), The Wall (2015), O Homem Sem Rótulo (2015), A Caminhada dos Elefantes (2013), works of which versions have been staged in Portuguese, French, German and Spanish. His plays have been presented in theatres and festivals in Portugal, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany and Spain.
